DeepSwapper AI is an AI face swap service for adults. This policy explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and what we never do with it. It covers the website, the render pipeline and any email we send you.
1. Who we are
DeepSwapper AI is operated by the team behind deepswapperai.fun, and we are the data controller for everything described on this page. For any privacy request, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Account data: email address and a password hash, if you register. Upload data: the source photo and target image you submit for a render. Technical data: IP address, browser, device, referrer and pages viewed. Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider — we never see or store full card numbers.
3. How we use your uploads
Your images are used for one purpose: producing the render you asked for. They run in an isolated job, come back to you, and are then removed. We do not use uploads to train models, we do not sell them, and we do not share them with advertisers.
4. Retention and deletion
Uploads are deleted automatically within 24 hours of render completion, or immediately when you delete them yourself. Render results stay available for 30 days so you can re-download, then are purged. Account data is kept while your account is open and removed within 30 days of a deletion request. Security logs are kept for 90 days.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We share data only with our cloud infrastructure provider for processing and storage, our payment processor for billing, and authorities where we are legally compelled. Each processor is bound by contract to the same deletion rules. We never sell personal data.
6. Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language (EN, FR, DE, JA, KO, ES). Our analytics count page views without building cross-site profiles. Clearing cookies in your browser only affects sign-in and language preference.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live you can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, and object to processing (GDPR), or request disclosure and deletion of personal information (CCPA/CPRA). Email [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
8. Children and 18+ policy
DeepSwapper AI is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Uploading images of minors is prohibited, ends the account immediately, and is reported where the law requires it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, this page is updated and the date at the top moves with it. Material changes are announced in the app at least 14 days before they take effect.
